Upon material receipt, we analyze the materials using spectrometers to ensure they meet your specific requirements.
Second, we employ advanced equipment and highly skilled machinists to process your projects, ensuring the quality and consistency of every part.
Additionally, every component undergoes multiple rigorous quality inspections during production, including:
● Dimensional Measurement: Using CMM to perform high-precision measurements, ensuring products meet the specifications provided in customer drawings.
● Surface Quality Inspection: Checking surface finishes with high-precision surface roughness testers to ensure they meet customer requirements.
● Hardness Testing: For metal parts, hardness is verified using testing equipment such as Rockwell or Vickers hardness testers to ensure compliance with standard requirements.
