Machining Process:
Casting process: this part has a lot of complex shape and cavity structure, the use of casting process can be easier to achieve these complex shapes. Can use die-casting or sand casting process.
Machining: On the basis of the casting, it is necessary to carry out a variety of precision machining, including turning, milling, drilling, etc., in order to achieve the required dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Advanced CNC machining equipment such as five-axis linkage may be used.
Heat treatment: In order to improve the strength, hardness and wear resistance of the parts, heat treatment processes, such as aging treatment or quenching and tempering, are usually carried out.
Surface treatment: In order to enhance the appearance and corrosion resistance, anodic oxidation or other surface coatings may be applied.

1、Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM):
It is a precision coordinate measuring instrument
It can accurately measure the size, shape, position and other geometric characteristics of a part.
Typically used to check whether a part meets design requirements and tolerances.
2、Height gauge:
Used to measure the vertical height dimension of a part or workpiece
Can measure heights ranging from microns to several metres
Mainly used in machine building, construction, etc.
3、Hardness Tester:
Used to measure the hardness of materials, such as Brinell hardness, Rockwell hardness, etc.
By applying a certain pressure, measuring the resistance of the material surface
Can judge the strength and wear resistance of the material
4、Projector:
Project the enlarged outline of the workpiece onto the screen for measurement and inspection.
Suitable for checking the size and contour of complex shaped parts.
Can be used for precision measurement, contour analysis, etc.
5、Caliper:
A commonly used length measuring tool
Measures inside diameter, outside diameter, depth, etc.
Measurement accuracy ranges from millimetres to one hundredth of a millimetre.
6、Micrometer:
A highly accurate length measuring instrument
Can measure to 0.01 mm or 0.001 inch accuracy
