About the hole diameter

 

Thickness>0.8mm,the document indicates whether to print as a whole or split into pieces

 

Independent pillar diameter > 1mm, convex character width > 0.35mm (concave character > 0.2mm)

A hole with a 0.5mm diameter can be machined to a depth of 1mm. Additionally, we can create curved holes, deep holes, and blind hole features with diameters greater than 0.8mm.

Ordinary photosensitive resin material

Smooth surface, good material strength, physical properties close to ABS material. Suitable for making snap-fit parts, can be tapped for screws, and can be painted, silk-screened, and electroplated.

High-precision photosensitive resin

Precision of 0.05mm, with a minimum wall thickness of 0.8mm, capable of producing precise and realistic prototypes.

High toughness photosensitive resin

Good toughness, not easy to break, clear milky white boundaries, and smooth surface. Used for manufacturing strong, precise, and waterproof parts.

High-temperature-resistant photosensitive resin

Heat resistant up to 100°C, high stability, good toughness, suitable for prototype parts with high temperature requirements.

Translucent

Temperature: 50°C, precision: 0.1mm, high transparency, crystal clear color, high glossiness.

Transparent

The printed product has a very smooth surface and good light transmission, but the material is relatively brittle.

Black nylon

Rough surface with a granular texture, high strength, good toughness, low water absorption, heat resistant. Strong nylon is used to manufacture mechanical parts.

Nylon Glass Fibre

High temperature resistance, dimensional stability, good toughness, insulation, and mechanical strength. Suitable for manufacturing automotive parts, household appliances, and more.
